Facilities and Services Division prepares an annual Operational Plan each year to guide activities across the Division. This Plan is prepared with close reference to key University planning documents and in consultation with staff at all levels in the Division.

The Facilities and Services Division Operational Plan 2009 identifies the key areas of current focus for the Division and the strategies, actions, measures, timelines and responsibilities to achieve improvements in these areas

In support of the Divisional plan each Branch has prepared an annual plan to identify the actions needed to achieve the Divisional objectives.
