Capital Works

The Capital Works Branch provides expert project management services on building construction works greater than $500k, including new buildings and major refurbishments. Projects are delivered in accord with the Project Brief, within Budget and to the agreed project Programme. The Capital Works Branch strives to deliver projects that will strengthen the reputation and position of Monash University in the local and international context, endeavouring to provide safe, high quality and long-term assets and infrastructure that add value to the functions of the University and experiences of students and stakeholders.
