Help with Monash University commitment to reduce our electricity, gas and water usage at each campus. Graphs showing electricity, gas and water usage at each campus are now available on this website. Find out more you can do.
Find out your building performance…electricity usage information for all Berwick, Clayton and Peninsula Campus buildings is now available. This information on buildings at other campuses is to be made available as soon as possible.
In order to maximise your efforts, it is encouraged that you to consider the data for your own campus/buildings with all staff and students in your area and investigate methods for reducing energy and water. Tips for reducing energy and water are also available at the above site.

Abbreviations:
kWh (kilowatt hour): is a standard unit of electricity or energy consumption equal to 1000 watts (1kW) expended over one hour.
GJ (Gigajoule): is a metric term used for measuring energy use. It is equivalent to 277.8 kWh of electricity or 26.1 m3 if natural gas. 1GJ equals to 10^9 joules.
kL (Kilolitre): is a metric unit of volume equal to 1,000 liters (1,056 liquid quarts).
