International Mail and Courier

The university has a contract with a specialist company to provide a service to handle our international mail and courier work. The current contractor is DHL Australia.

All international mail is automatically processed through the mailroom. International courier work is also processed through the mailroom, but requires you to contact the mailroom allowing them to forward to you paperwork regarding consignment notes and custom declarations, if applicable. Most forms that need to be completed for this require to be completed by the actual sender, rather than the mailroom staff.

For frequent users of the courier delivery process overseas there is an opportunity to become a user of 'Web Ship', a DHL web based product that allows you to complete the airway bill on line and track your delivery process. Please contact you local mailroom for further advice.
