Maintenance costs are those required throughout the lifecycle of a building or component of a building asset to meet statutory obligations or establish a suitable level of service.
Maintenance works are categorised into the following areas:
Planned Maintenance

- Corrective Maintenance
- Incident Maintenance
- Remedial Maintenance
