Email MUV your venue enquiry with the following details:
- Name of Organisation/Company, including details of postal and street addresses, telephone and fax numbers and email address.
- Type of event
- Day/s and Date/s of your proposed event
- Times: Start and Finish
- Number of participants
- Venue requirements. Please specify how many of each venue type:
- Theatre
- Class/Meeting Room
- Computer Laboratory
- Exhibition Hall
- Outside Function area
- Audiovisual equipment requirements
- Conference Wireless Network requirements
- Food & Beverage requirements
- Morning/Afternoon Teas
- Lunch
- Dinner
- Cocktail Function
- Do you have Public Liability Insurance? Yes/No
- Any other special requirements/comments
Step 2
The MUV staff will contact you directly to discuss issues pertaining to your venue request.
Step 3
You will receive a venue hire confirmation letter from the MUV team verifying your booking along with other relevant details needed to ensure that you and your delegates enjoy the Monash experience.
