Step 1

Email MUV your venue enquiry with the following details:

  • Name of Organisation/Company, including details of postal and street addresses, telephone and fax numbers and email address.
  • Type of event
  • Day/s and Date/s of your proposed event
  • Times: Start and Finish
  • Number of participants
  • Venue requirements. Please specify how many of each venue type:
    • Theatre
    • Class/Meeting Room
    • Computer Laboratory
    • Exhibition Hall
    • Outside Function area
  • Audiovisual equipment requirements
  • Conference Wireless Network requirements
  • Food & Beverage requirements
    • Morning/Afternoon Teas
    • Lunch
    • Dinner
    • Cocktail Function
  • Do you have Public Liability Insurance? Yes/No
  • Any other special requirements/comments

Step 2

The MUV staff will contact you directly to discuss issues pertaining to your venue request.

Step 3

You will receive a venue hire confirmation letter from the MUV team verifying your booking along with other relevant details needed to ensure that you and your delegates enjoy the Monash experience.
