Step 1

Email Venues your enquiry with the following details:

  • Name of Faculty/Department/Centre, including campus and telephone/fax/email details.
  • Type of event
  • Day/s and Date/s of your proposed event
  • Times: Start and Finish
  • Number of participants
  • Venue requirements. Please specify how many of each venue type:
    • Theatre
    • Class/Meeting Room
    • Computer Laboratory
    • Exhibition Hall
    • Outside Function area
  • Audiovisual equipment requirements
  • Conference Wireless Network requirements
  • Catering requirements
  • Any other special requirements/comments

Step 2

The MUV staff will contact you directly to discuss issues pertaining to your venue request.

Step 3

You will receive a reply or a venue confirmation email from the MUV team within 24 hours of your request, along with other important details needed to ensure that your event runs smoothly.

Please note: For Academic Timetabled Semesters 1 and 2 venue bookings please contact your Faculty Timetable Officer who will be able to assist you with booking a venue for your classes.
