Menzies Building Lighting

In advance of the major capital works planned for the Menzies, The Office of Environmental Sustainability has improved lighting control in hallways and foyers throughout the building.
The works include re-zoning lighting and installing motion and ambient light sensors that will switch off lighting when not required.
The energy saving resulting from these measures is expected to exceed 250,000 kWh/annum, the equivalent of 325 tonnes of CO2 being saved from the atmosphere each year.
