Pool Vehicle Hire Gippsland

There are a number of motor vehicles that can be hired by departments for business use.

* must be returned by, or picked up after, 12.30pm.

  • Tolls: Borne by department, if applicable CityLink daypass charge is $10.90
  • FBT: Borne by department at $18.00 per day, if garaged off-campus overnight. One night equates to two day FBT.
  • Accidents:Normal insurance procedures apply, claim excess is $2,000, cost borne by department.
  • Infringements: Cost borne by driver.
  • Logbooks: Hirer responsibile for recording trip details in the vehicle logbook provided.
