We are responsible for managing the University’s investment properties, leasing, selling and purchasing of properties and other property related transactions across the University’s 6 Australian Campuses. The Investment portfolio consists of residential, commercial and industrial property.
Our area has a small team dedicated to professional property services including:-
- General property management, including maintenance
- Preparation of university property budgets
- Accommodation sourcing
- Tenant sourcing and letting
- Selling and purchasing properties
- Project Management of property related projects
- Roof top license agreements
