Monash Crisis Management & Recovery Planning

Ian Henderson is the University’s Crisis Management and Recovery (CMR) Program Coordinator and serves as a focal point for the university’s internal crisis and emergency planning and preparedness arrangements. As a senior member of the university security advisory office, Ian provides valuable expertise and support to all Monash campus CMR Team members pre, during and post crisis, develops and coordinates appropriate training, facilitates and/or supports crisis exercises, conducts related audits, assists schools, departments and units within the university to advance their specific emergency response planning and preparedness needs, and maintains both the currency and accuracy of all CMR documentation, plans and web information/aids.
