Refunds

A 50% refund on the original purchase price of the permit is available if a permit is surrendered prior to 14th July 2012. Please contact your local Student Services Centre to organise your refund. Refunds are not available for permits surrendered after 14th July 2012.

Replacement Permits

If your parking permit has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, you can request a replacement parking permit from the Student Service Centre · If lost or willfully damaged, a replacement permit will be re-issued for AUD $35 · If stolen, a statutory declaration or police report outlining the circumstances must be provided, to waive the fee. · If missing in mail (i.e. never received), a statutory declaration outlining the circumstances must be provided, to waive the fee. · If damaged, the old permit (or pieces thereof) must be provided to waive the fee. · If destroyed, a statutory declaration or police report outlining the circumstances must be provided to waive the fee. Make sure you have photographic identification (i.e. student or staff identification) when applying for a replacement permit. A new permit will be issued and the old permit number declared void.
