Refunds

A 50% refund on the original purchase price of the permit is available if a permit is surrendered prior to 17th July 2009. Please contact your local Student Services Centre to organise your refund.

Refunds are not available for permits surrendered after 17th July 2009. Staff who salary sacrifice a parking permit will not be eligible for a refund, for more details on salary sacrificing a parking permit, please see salary sacrifice procedure.

Replacement Permits

You can request a replacement parking permit from the Student Service Centre for a fee of $30 if your parking permit has been damaged, lost or stolen. A statutory declaration or police report must be completed indicating the circumstances in which the permit has been damaged, lost or stolen. Photographic identification (i.e. student or staff identification) must be presented upon application. A new permit will be issued and the old permit declared void.
A new permit will be issued at no extra cost:
If a vehicle is sold, on receipt of the old permit (or pieces thereof).
If a vehicle and permit is stolen or in an accident etc, on receipt of an official police report.
